Step 1. - Place an ad in Craigslist using a headline that targets the group of people you are looking to attract. For example;
"ATTENTION CARMEL HOME BUYERS- GET A FREE LIST OF THE TOP 5 HOME BUYS INSTANTLY!"
Step 2. - Build a single page website or Landing Page that reiterates your offer from Craigslist.
Then, within your Craigslist ad create a link to your Landing web page that when clicked on takes your Prospect directly to your newly created Landing Page for the Free List of The Top 5 Home Buys in Carmel.
Step 3. - Exchange their name and email address at your Landing Page so that you now have what you need to follow up and follow through.
Either input this information into a database or create the functionality that will collect their name and email address and place it into your database for you.
Step 4. - Once in your database make a courtesy call to confirm their request of the Top 5 Home Buys. Also ask a few qualifying questions to see if they are an "A" Lead or "B" lead.
Send your Pre Listing and/or Pre Sell Package to all "A" leads then set them to an auto responder with a series of short and to-the-point email messages set to go out at intervals of every 2-3 days. This is in addition to the list of homes they originally requested.
For the "B" leads set them to receive automated email messages that deliver value added information at intervals every 5-6 days until they become an "A" lead.
